Uplift is a space to find inspiring writings, prayers, videos, music, and articles to uplift hearts and give hope especially during this confusing time of social isolation and worry about a global pandemic.

This site was created by a group of friends in the Hamilton, Ontario area, who wanted to offer positive ideas, insights and stories as a counterbalance to the constant stream of negative news and speculation. It is up to us to look for and find that brighter horizon.
